課程概述

佛洛依德的精神分析開啟了現代對主體或自我的新詮釋：無意識以及慾力系統觀取代了傳統統一的自我觀。這個新解釋直接反應了人文主義的退卻，也影響了後續人文學科對主體的全面重新檢討。本課程透過探討佛洛依德的理論，希望可以讓學生掌握心理機制的現代性特徵。課程透過選讀佛洛依德的著作，一方面勾勒整體古典精神分析的理論架構，另一方面深入分析一些重要核心概念，包括脫序行為（parapraxes）、夢的理論、快樂原則（pleasure principle）、不同的心理架構（psychic models）、驅力（instincts）與性、壓抑與官能症（neuroses）、相關人類學的議題等。此外，本課程也特別探討佛洛依德對愛以及文藝的解釋，以協助學生使用精神分析的方法進行文學或文化的分析。

3. 培養學生撰寫學術性論文的能力
